Arianna Alpini è Professoressa Associata di Diritto Privato presso il Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza dell’Università di Macerata dove insegna Diritto privato, Diritto dello Sport e Foundations of Private Law. È autrice di monografie e di lavori minori in tema di obbligazioni, comunione, principi italo-europei, interpretazione e fonti del diritto. Fra i suoi interessi di ricerca, l’impatto delle tecnologie sul contratto. È membro dell’Associazione degli Studiosi di Diritto civile (SISDiC) e dell’Istituto di Diritto europeo (ELI).
