abstract: This paper aims to show the limits of the political aim of inclusiveness that is displayed in the proposal for a European regulation on private international law of parentage. It shows how this proposal lacks of inclusiveness, when it comes to families based on polyamorous relationships or families where one of the founding member is a transgender or intersex person.
